MINDTREE reported that it is increasing investments in Metaverse Solutions and capabilities to extend its technology and design thinking leadership into an integrated consulting led Metaverse offering.
MINDTREE’s net headcount addition in FY22 was over 11,200, more than six times the headcount addition in FY21. Through FY23, MINDTREE expects its hiring of fresh graduates to increase significantly.
So the next co we are going to look at is Mindtree. It is now an L&T group co & L&T is already sitting on a hefty gain since taking it over. The #mindtree business positioning still gives you Mr. Soota's touch.

VWAP - One of the most trusted indicator is volume-weighted average price (VWAP). Simply average the price and volume and indicate a price point of the trading of day. Works in #intraday Only.

To prepare for the next trading day, you got to check the Index charts of all sectors. You got to keep an eye on a specific Index if you see a few factors:
- If any Index closed exactly at the resistance, you can get a trade on either side on the next day. (2/11)

- If it gave a rejection candle at resistance.
- If any Index closed exactly at support, you can get a trade on either side the following day.
- If there was a bullish signal at the support.

A lot of you requested me to post a thread on #LTTS. I did not find time, neither had motivation to do since it is a complex business to cover via something like Twitter thread or even a newsletter. Here I am posting only some abridged views.
I hold Both #LTI & #LTTS from IPO. I am an ex-LT/LTI so have a bit of sneak peak into company as well. Last 2+ years have been terribly bad for LTTS. Not because they did something wrong, but because of external factors.
ER&D space is a bit different than traditional IT. The revenue realization cycles are longer. Contracts are stickier but hard to come by as well. Unlike IT, ER&D is close to sectoral automation at frontline. IT plays role via software, but ER&D is much close to real automation
