Now why would I be blocked by the president of the OTC market group? Is it because I have told everyone from the DTCC to FINRA to the SEC to the FBI that he confirmed there are currently open short positions in MMTLP?

The US Market allows shares to be listed on US exchanges without a form 211 via a 12g3-2(b) exemption. The 12g that allows this was effective as of October 10, 2008.
