@edasque Interesting estimate. Eric says to expect 1.5 year investment in a college grad to get to be an industry-ready software engineer. I find that encouraging, especially with encouragement toward co-ops early and often.
@edasque By month 4 their making a big impact on projects as well as the culture of any project. So those feeling discouraged by the longer timeline, the value of fresh eyes and energy shows up much earlier.
