Twitter, US based for-profit company, seems obliged to follow only US’ laws, while showing complete dis-regard to India’s IT Rules, which prohibits adult content on social media. Twitter doesn't even make any attempt to implement the laws, doable with basic location filter.

I was shocked to learn that there is an entire rape porn subculture where Muslim men post videos of their rapes of Hindu girls in their groups.
And @TwitterSupport isn’t even suspending account with rape threats against minor girls! Please report the enclosed tweets?

No woman invites rapes. Most of these are fake Islamic accounts which seeks to normalize the narrative that kaffir women want to be raped & enslaved by Muslims. How sick do you need to be to think this is real?
