#Durham Readout via @RobLegare A federal judge in DC has ruled Special Counsel John Durham's prosecution against attorney Michael Sussmann can go forward, denying Sussmann's motion to dismiss. Sussmann's main argument to toss the case was that the false statements he allegedly 
made to investigators about his connection to the Clinton campaign were immaterial to the FBI's overall decision to investigate the Trump campaign's ties to Russia. But Judge Chris Cooper says he needs to see the evidence at trial to decide before ruling.
