2️⃣ VBG shows Metabolic Acidosis
3️⃣ Urinary 🧂 Sodium⬆️ & 🍌 Potassium⬇️
Remember
⚡️ The Anion Gap = Na+ - (Cl- +HCO3) ( =10 =Normal )
⚡️ Urinary Electrolytes should be measured before fluid resuscitation
