On the 14th and 18th of January, the provincial assemblies of the Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) provinces in Pakistan were dissolved by the Chief Ministers under Art. 112 of the constitution.
Articles 224(2) mandates that elections within 90 days of dissolution of provincial assemblies. This was reiterated by a decision of the Supreme Court (SC), which directed that the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) is bound to hold elections within the stipulated time limit.

آسٹریلیا کی حکومت اور فوج نے انہیں سیریس نہیں لیا،جب یہ اپنی موت کے قریب پہنچا تو ایک صحافی نے ان سے پوچھا کہ کوئی خواہش رہ گئی ہے؟👇

السلام علیکم 🙏
آئیے عدل کی اہمیت کو مزید قُرآن میں دیکھتے ہیں۔ آپ مقامِ عدل کا اندازہ اس بات سے لگا لیجئے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ سورۃ اعراف کی آیت ۲۹ میں خود اپنے حبیب سے فرما رہا ہے اے میرے رسول ﷺ ان کو بتائیے
قُل اَمَرَ رَبِّی بِالقِسطِ
کہہ دیجیے! میرے رب نے مجھے انصاف کا حکم دیا⏬
آئیے عدل کی اہمیت کو مزید قُرآن میں دیکھتے ہیں۔ آپ مقامِ عدل کا اندازہ اس بات سے لگا لیجئے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ سورۃ اعراف کی آیت ۲۹ میں خود اپنے حبیب سے فرما رہا ہے اے میرے رسول ﷺ ان کو بتائیے

ہے۔ اور سورۃ یونس آیت ۴۷ میں بھی تمام رسولوں کو بھیجنے کا مقصد قیام عدل بیان ہوا چنانچہ ارشاد باری تعالیٰ ہو رہا ہے کہ!
وَ لِکُلِّ اُمَّۃٍ رَّسُولٌ فَاِذَا جَآءَ رَسُولُہُم قُضِیَ بَینَہُم بِالقِسطِ وَ ہُم لَا یُظلَمُونَ﴿۴۷﴾
اور ہر اُمت کے لیے ایک رسول بھیجا گیا ہے۔ پھر ⏬
وَ لِکُلِّ اُمَّۃٍ رَّسُولٌ فَاِذَا جَآءَ رَسُولُہُم قُضِیَ بَینَہُم بِالقِسطِ وَ ہُم لَا یُظلَمُونَ﴿۴۷﴾
اور ہر اُمت کے لیے ایک رسول بھیجا گیا ہے۔ پھر ⏬
جب اُن کا رسول آتا ہے تو اُن کے درمیان انصاف کے ساتھ فیصلہ کیا جاتا ہے۔ اور اُن پر کوئی ظلم روا نہیں رکھا جاتا۔
ایسی اور بھی بہت سی آیات میں اسی بات کا اعادہ کیا گیا ہے مقصد فقط یہی ہے کہ اُمتِ مصطفوی ﷺ کو عدل و انصاف کی فضیلت سے آگاہ کیا جائے ۔ اور معاشرے میں عدل و انصاف کی⏬
ایسی اور بھی بہت سی آیات میں اسی بات کا اعادہ کیا گیا ہے مقصد فقط یہی ہے کہ اُمتِ مصطفوی ﷺ کو عدل و انصاف کی فضیلت سے آگاہ کیا جائے ۔ اور معاشرے میں عدل و انصاف کی⏬
