That’s why today I’m joining @SenSchumer, @SenBooker, @SenKamalaHarris, and @RepGregoryMeeks to introduce the #NeighborhoodJobs Act – a new, $17.9 billion investment in minority and low-income communities to help them create jobs and weather this economic storm.
Lack of credit access is one of the leading barriers for businesses in minority communities, and it seriously inhibits economic opportunities.
