Oh the woes of #ethics, political & otherwise. Working thru them creates #neurobiological & #neurochemical responses while simultaneously causing the mind to instigate protective responses to the biological processes via concepts like #cognitivedissonance & #neuraldownshifting.
In other words, the conflict we often feel while wrestling thru internal conflicts (aka ethics) may create both biological & mental reactions, thus effecting how we feel & behave. Couple these reactions with principles, logics, & reasons we've believed but may or may not have
Practiced (Jesus is a warrior vs. turn the other cheek), & it is no wonder we feel so stressed. History will reveal whether we react physically, usually through violence or even war or isolation & negativity (all dems are bad for example), as others before us have done, or
