1/4 A toolkit of new GRAB fluorescent neuropeptide sensors from Li Lab! These sensors can detect neuropeptides at nanomolar concentration with a robust increase in fluorescence. #GRABSensors #Neuropeptide
2/4 GRAB-CRF1.0 reveals in vivo CRF dynamics in the cortex and hypothalamus induced by stressful experiences using fiber photometry and 2-photon imaging in mice.
3/4 We used these GRAB neuropeptide sensors to measure the spatiotemporal dynamics of endogenous SST release in isolated pancreatic islets and to detect the release of both CCK and CRF in acute brain slices.
