It's hard to get the tone right on this, but let's remind ourselves of why #Corbyn is having to go: he was a complete disgrace from start to finish. /THREAD
First and foremost, he made #Labour a frightening and unsafe place for Jews. He was so arrogant he invented a new meaning for the word 'Zionist' and then divided Jews into good and bad. Sinister and frightening.
He turned Labour into a site of hatred, threats and misogyny. His staff covered up and lied, and then covered up and lied some more.

[Thread] 1/ I spent time examining the two trends #NeverCorbyn and #LiarJohnson. As far as I can see these are the most popular, recurring anti-Corbyn and anti-Johnson trends on Twitter. The following is some interesting, largely descriptive insights into the data #C4Debate
2/ I downloaded around 45,000 tweets, replies and retweets mostly from the past 5 days. As you can see from the graph below, there are more #NeverCorbyn tweets than #LiarJohnson tweets. Perhaps this is surprising when you consider Corbyn's Twitter presence is larger.
3/ The hashtags tend to be quite steady through the day, diminishing only at night time. As I mentioned previously, the majority of the content is anti-Corbyn. Approx 17,000 of the tweets contain the hashtag #LiarJohnson, while approx 28,500 contain #NeverCorbyn

In nearly every major riot over the last 40 years, Corbyn has either supported the rioters or castigated the police.

For example Corbyn campaigned for the 'rioters' who in 2009 attacked Downing St & the Israeli embassy. 1/10

Of course Corbyn himself was at this event and was one of the rabble-rousers who spurred on the crowd. 2

During the 1994 Hyde Park riots, Corbyn who had chaired the demo said:

"The police deliberately charged the demonstrators"

And "blamed police incompetence for the way in which the demonstration erupted into violence." 3

Corbyn in 2014: "That should have been the time for NATO to shut up shop, give up, go home and go away"

We are not safe under Labour #NATO #GE19 1/6
Corbyn: The absurd spatchcock of a history that NATO has been treating us to over the last few weeks needs to be challenged... In 1948 NATO was founded in order to promote a cold war with the Soviet Union.

According to Corbyn NATO was created to promote the cold war! 2/6
NATO did intervene in the Balkans and to stop the genocide and ethnic cleansing in Kosovo. 3

THREAD:
Today's Cult Hot Take : "Rachel Riley's t-shirt proves she's a Pro-Apartheid racist".

Imagine the mental gymnastics a brain has to navigate to reach this conclusion. Corbynite fantasists love rewriting Jeremy's history.

Here's a blank canvas. I'll start.

ELECTION PLEA - a thread:

1/ As we near election day, I would like everyone to consider the following:

I realise how much hope and expectations have been invested in Corbyn's Labour by so many who are particularly disenfranchised by the current system.
2/ However, notwithstanding what you wish will come out of a Corbyn led gov. please don't be blinded to what else will come with it.

Corbyn is a racist! By the universally accepted def. of antisemitism, Corbyn is an antisemite. Antisemitism is specifically Jew hating racism
3/ He has breached the definition on a consistent basis and the examples linked to this post have been added to significantly since it was first put together.

On Remembrance Sunday we come together to solemnly commemorate and honour all those who have served and their fallen comrades, who died so we could be free.

No one would ever try & hijack the event for cheap political stunts would they?

No one except Jeremy Corbyn in 1986. 1/4
'At their head strode manipulative, acid-tongued, far-Left Labour MP for Islington North, Jeremy Corbyn.' 2/4
'Even he [Blair Peach], a man of sincere views might have winced to find a wreath honouring him lying among the dozens placed there on Remembrance Sunday by the blind, the disabled, the war widows, the old soldiers... not to mention the Queen.' 3/4

Guardian's response to Corbyn's 'peace work'

'These occasions always also provide a showcase for Mr Corbyn's abiding qualities: his lack of wider political and moral judgement, his predilection for gesture politics, his insensitivity to the feeling of most Londoners' 1/6
The previous section.
'Every few years, the London Labour MP Jeremy Corbyn indulges his romantic support for the Irish republicans by using his parliamentary privileges to give the a publicity platform.' 2/6
'Now he has done it again, this time by inviting Gerry Adams to Westminster in a week in which London is still reeling from a major bombing, at a time when the IRA's reversion to violence has been arguably the principal cause of the deterioration of the situation ... in NI' 3/6

Reaction I
Mo Mowlam: "I think it was offensive to go ahead at this time and I think the Labour leadership acted timely in its decision.

What I would like Mr Adams to do is spend more time trying to get to the IRA to call a ceasefire rather than try & promote his book." 1/5
'IRA terrorists were planning a series of "spectaculars" has been a better insight into the nature of republicanism than any glossy hardback. Corbyn was still happy to give Adams platform in the Commons holding cheap the lives of the innocents and the principles of the House' 2/5
'For Gerry Adams, the Labour MP Jeremy Corbyn is what Lenin wickedly called a "useful idiot".' (Times 26 Sep 1996, p. 18) 3/5

Corbyn & the peace process II (2 to go)

Blair threatens to expel MP over Adams visit

'The Labour leadership last night threatened to eject Jeremy Corbyn from the parliamentary party for his "reprehensible" behaviour in inviting Gerry Adams to the House of Commons today.' 1/5
Donald Dewar, Labour Chief Whip

"a defiance of the steps taken by House authorities."

"particularly reprehensible in the light of the recent event involving the IRA. If he persists it will be matter of disciplinary action within the party."

Corbyn was undaunted. 2/5
It was Gerry Adams who saved Corbyn, by cancelling the meeting at 3 am. Meeting Corbyn & Benn privately & then holding a press conference on College Green outside Parliament. 3/5

In 1984, Corbyn sponsored and co-chaired the Labour Movement Conference on Palestine.

Which called on 'Labour Movement bodies to press for the disaffiliation of Poale Zion (@JewishLabour) from the Labour Party.'
& to break all links with Histadrut (Israeli Trade Union) 1/6
@JewishLabour Its platform included:

'to eradicate Zionism'

'Solidarity with the PLO'

'opposition to the Zionist state as racist, exclusivist and direct agency of imperialism'

'Opposition to the manifestation of Zionism in the Labour Movement & the Labour Party in particular' 2/6
@JewishLabour Little wonder that the Spectator named Corbyn and Livingstone behind a purge of Jews from the Labour Party and Poale Zion member Peter Bradley wrote this damning article on why 'Labour is losing its Jews' (Times 7 Mar 1985), which everyone should read. 3/6
