Bahan:
3 ikan sale. Biarkan utuh agar tdk hancur
2 liter air cucian beras

Taburan:
2 tomat hijau, iris kotak
20 butir cabe rawit hijau
1/4 butir bwg bombay iris halus
1 pc daun bwg
1 ikat kemangi

Bumbu halus:
10 tangkai cabe merah
15 siung bwg merah
3 siung bwg putih
1 blok kecil terasi
1 cm jahe muda
2 cm lengkuas muda
3 cm kunyit tua

Biarkan utuh:
2 btg serai
1 ruas lengkuas tua
Geprek semua
4 lbr daun salam
1 pc asam kandis

Wajib:
1 sdm air asam jawa
Garam
Msg
Gula
Cara masak:
Didihkan: air cucian beras, semua bumbu halus, semua bumbu utuh, lalu kecilkan api, tutup panci, tunggu +-15 ~ 30 menit hg semua bau mentah hilang. Angkat asam kandis.

Masukkan ikan sale, masak 5 menit, cicipi kuahnya. Masukan garam, msg, gula, air asam jawa.
