Nigeria has been recklessly kind to many who hate it today. Some obtained 5yrs Degree at Ife for a cumulative tuition of less than N500K at govt expense, but got to US after paying up $20,000 sourced at govt rate for just 18months Masters, to start condemning Nigeria from Abroad.
In over 10yrs, this useless country has provided an average of $2Billion forex every year for tuition fees abroad. Some of them, their parents earned their tuition from govt payroll, lived in official quarters and drove govt cars. All from whats left that politicians didnt steal.
When @AishaYesufu studied Medicine, the money paid for her tuition is an amount close to cowries in today's Naira. If she was born in UK, with that pittance, she'd barely be educated enough to insult Boris Johnson. She'd perhaps will be a farm hand, milking cows in rural Luton.

Hello faux friend @PoliceNG.

What's the idea behind asking cyber criminals to hold laptops when paraded. This stupid act is what fuels the psychology of your illiterate thugs you call police men go harrass legitimate youths who use the laptop to make a honest living.
We know your police officers who harrass legitimate tech guys aren't even interested in arresting cyber criminals when you see them.

What we see them do is collect money to turn a blind eye. I've seen this in ibadan, Akure and ondo.
Who even knows if all the guys in these pictures really are cyber criminals. You hit and bully innocent citizens at gun point to even admit they are criminals. At certain. Points you even take their phone and plant evidences into their phones.

#NigeriaAt59 On health, we are making progress. We are attracting funding to our health sector like never before in Lagos. Within these first 100 plus days we have completed and opened primary and secondary health facilities in Eti Osa and Alimosho LGAs. #ThePlatformNG
#NigeriaAt59 Our focus in improving health for women and children remains deliberate. Our plan for health insurance remains on course and we have been deliberate about the healthcare members of cabinet in our state. #ThePlatformNG
#NigeriaAt59 In healthcare, we need more specialised workers, we need more biomedical technicians. We recognise the issues with getting qualified personnel and we are working with our educational institutions to solve this. #ThePlatformNG

#NigeriaAt59 You will never know the true finances of a state until you become its Chief Executive. And as governor, my first task has been finding ways to allocate the available resources to the short, medium and long term plan we have for Lagos. #ThePlatformNG Image
Our state budget hovers around $2 billion and we have a local debt ratio of about 20-25%. Comparing Lagos to major global city states shows we are not close to where we need to be but as a beacon in Nigeria and indeed Africa, we must build what is required #ThePlatformNG Image
#NigeriaAt59 As a government we can do a lot more, most times citizens do not care about the ingredients for the meal but only the finished product. The reality is that there are a lot of things happening in the backroom and Lagosians will definitely see results. #ThePlatformNG

Over the years, we have become a food-importing nation as successive governments neglected the agricultural sector and focused on petroleum as a more viable resource for economic development.

This centralization of focus on one sector of the economy, like Professor Soludo said at #ThePlatform this morning, does not bode well for SMEs and for Nigerian youths
