Since January, I've been eating only twice a day. Absolutely nothing in between. From mid Feb, I've been strict on this intermittent fasting 7 days a week. Eating at 12 and 8 pm only. But eating everything I want to, within 45 min, including alcohol. Even during #Lockdown
Even during lockdown, Sunday afternoon beer is mandatory, 2 evenings whiskey too. So I've stopped nothing, and eating pizza, burgers, pakode, chole bhature.... Everything in 45 min at a time.
But, along with this, I'm also doing intermittent jogging for an hour daily morning
