In Myanmar's Chin State, a Tatmadaw convoy of 75 vehicles has been making the 150km - 3hr drive from Matupi to Mindat for the past 9 days. Since Nov 4 - when attacks began by the CDF - they've only been able to move an average of 8.5km per day, approx 60 troops have been killed. 
Since a surge of Tatmadaw troops to Chin state in early October (well documented by @ChinHumanRights), these troops have only been able to move in large crawling convoys, essentially ceeding the areas away from limited garrisons and the convoys to resistance groups.
@ChinHumanRights This has allowed parallel administration structures in Chin state to flourish - for example the Mindat Public Administration Team has reopened practically every school under a NUG-supervised curriculum, with over 2k students returning to school under their control.
