The problem of Nigerian football across @thenff with the national teams and the @LMCNPFL with the #NPFL teams is the lack of professionals in key positions of teams. The @NGSuperEagles did not have the right back room and same with the clubs in the league. Football is science now
Football is no longer a game tied to just talent and luck. We need professional scouting of the opposition, full detailed analysis of our team's strength and weakness and same for the oppositions. There is an arrogance that goes with just banking on your talent and luck.
That arrogance, in on itself is the gateway to failure. It happened with our #NPFL teams playing every year on the continents, I saw it first hand with the Super Eagles in Cameroon. All the energies expanded on bringing politicians to do team talks, should be better invested.

Dikko; "Before we had challenges with our TV partners, we had introduced not just prize money, apart from the prize money, we were paying the basic money. We were paying the technical and development money."

I will say this again, Afelokhai is currently earning N800,000 monthly at Enyimba & he has requested for N1 million on his new contract with Rivers Utd offering N1.2 million monthly.
Let me also state here that Enyimba & Rivers Utd are part of the clubs that pay regularly.

All clubs in the NPFL don't owe their players, the welfare of players in terms of salaries has improved in the last 5 years. Just like you have it in Europe, a lot of clubs in Europe owe their player's salaries.
