Long ago I watched a documentary that talks about
the relation between #Design #Obsolescence, Design Dissonance, #Consumerism, #Jobs and #Economy. It have a popular example about #Refrigerators that are being sold in #Germany with 20 years of guarantee contract, but in turn the #Factories run out of #sales and #innovation.
Undoubtedly as long the Refrigerator is running properly there is no actual need to purchase a refrigerator with improvements unless the improvements are considerably apart. I forgot to note down the name of the Documentary thought. Let me know if anyone come across that
