💥 Τον Σεπτέμβριο, οι @FT ανέφεραν ότι σε καταγγελία που κατέθεσαν υπάλληλοι της υπηρεσίας στην OLAF, η ηγεσία της #EUAA κατηγορούνταν για:

❗️ «δόλια χρήση των κονδυλίων της ΕΕ»,

🧵Στο σημερινό μας θρεντ θα μιλήσουμε για τη #Frontex, την #OLAF, τις #υποκλοπες και το επιτελικό κράτος. Όλα αυτά, χάρη σε τούτο εδώ το "διάφανο κρίνο" της #ΝΔ και του Κυριάκου #Μητσοτακης. Το όνομά του είναι Άγγελος Μπίνης.

📌Τον Αύγουστο του 2019, ο Μπίνης διορίστηκε 🧐"μεταβατικός"🧐 διοικητής της Εθνικής Αρχής Διαφάνειας. Της αρχής που αντικατέστησε όλες τις προϋπάρχουσες δομές καταπολέμησης της Διαφθοράς, προκειμένου η κυβέρνηση της #ΝΔ να καρατομήσει τους ενοχλητικούς προϊστάμενούς τους.

📌Ο Μπίνης ήταν σύμβουλος του #μητσοτακης στο Υπουργείο Δημόσιας Διοίκησης, και σύμφωνα με δημοσιεύματα, προσωπική επιλογή του για τη θέση στην, τότε νεοσύστατη, ΕΑΔ.

📌Στην παραπάνω φωτό βλέπετε ένα δημοσίευμα του ΑΠΕ-ΜΠΕ. Το δημοσίευμα αναφέρει την γραπτή ερώτηση που απήυθηνε δημοσιογράφος του στην εκπρόσωπο Τύπου της #OLAF. Ας δούμε πρώτα την ερώτηση.

☣️Παρατηρήστε ότι η ερώτηση είναι "αν ο OLAF διερήυνησε περιστατικά παράνομων pushbacks από την Ελλάδα". Αφορμή, λέει το ΑΠΕ, είναι ότι σύμφωνα με το Spiegel, "η Έκθεση ΠΕΡΙΕΧΕΙ" αναφορές σε τέτοια περιστατικά. Εδώ είναι η απάτη. Διπλή μάλιστα.

#OLAF Report on #Frontex investigation, p. 43: head of Frontex compared NGOs and human rights defenders to dictators. How did they let these people run an Agency having direct effects on human rights?

Those in charge had not much respect for the rule of law and Institutions either. At p. 106 they are described as UNLOYAL to the Union, and as not respecting some civil servants of the European Commission, considered to be too focused on fundamental rights.

And how to act if the situation gets worse and your own equipment records human rights violations committed by Greece, the host MS? Withdraw it (easy, isn't it?), but be careful: someone could ask what you're doing with all those drones. P.30

❗Στο αποκαλυπτικό ντοκουμέντο απέκτησε πρόσβαση το #ReportersUnited.

3️⃣ Το πόρισμα αποκαλύπτει πως παρότι τα στελέχη εξέφραζαν έντονες ανησυχίες για το πλήγμα που θα μπορούσε να δεχθεί η φήμη της #Frontex εάν γινόταν γνωστή η συγκάλυψη των επαναπροωθήσεων του 🇬🇷 Λιμενικού, δεν τις κατήγγειλαν μέσω της προβλεπόμενης οδού.

Exclusive: We were able to read the confidential #OLAF report on #Frontex' involvement in Greek pushbacks in Aegean. It shows in detail that Greece commits pushbacks, Frontex financed them and covered them up – some incredible gems in there.

The report confirms all our reporting – and adds important details, based on private messages. Instead of preventing the pushbacks, Leggeri and his team covered for Greece, blatantly lied to the EU Parliament, and concealed the fact that Frontex is financing them.

The report is 129 pages, submitted in February. EU public has no access, although its their money being used for illegal purposes.
