Many parties are already collecting #PROMs - particularly in the world of #orthopaedics - but as highlighted by the @BritOrthopaedic article on @SWORDResearchUK @NetworkProms EMPROVE audit, there is no consensus on what, when or how.
We set up a fund to support projects that enable trustworthy and ethical #datasharing. These projects aim to help citizens and businesses lower their impact on the environment, improve public services and save lives.

The "Open MasterMap" products and APIs mentioned in today's announcement will go live in summer 2020, so there's no #opendata you can download right away.
We don't yet have full specs either. For example OS is still validating its proposal for the Open USRN dataset.

I created the first 'Collateral Swap': Swapping the underlying collateral in a @MakerDAO Vault/CDP with another asset, using @AaveAave 's flash loan feature and @UniswapExchange for collateral conversion, all in one transaction w/o liquidation. 😇

Use case: swap the underlying collateral of a debt position for a better performing asset, without needing to payback the loan / lose your DAI position(s)
Example: if ETH price ⬇️, BAT price ⏫, then it's safer to have your collateral in BAT.

We welcome this initiative by @NITIAayog, but a call for comments would have been a welcome addition. The paper takes important steps forward from the #AI Task Force report released earlier this year by the DIPP, Ministry of Commerce and Industry (dipp.nic.in/sites/default/…). 2/n
This paper attempts a more holistic look at a broader range of issues concerning AI including #regulation, #ethics, #fairness, #transparency and #accountability. However, a number of issues still remain with this paper. 3/n
