@Dev_Fadnavis This man seems very much seasoned in electoral politics and agenda setting. The way he handled the Goa election seems magical. 10+ years of anti incumbency was countered with very positive attitude. Very interesting times ahead!! 
1. His stint as political master strategist started in 2017. Fighting all municipal corp(BMC) elections alone when in minority govt was a big gamble he played very proactively but like a seasoned politician. It was no cake walk . From 28 to 82 he marched towards 2019 MH assembly.
2. Then the central leadership and DF made a mistake to fight 2019 assembly elections in alliance with SS. But still he managed a 70% strike rate which in extra ordinary(105 out of 164 fought).
