"Sugawara-san!" Hinata's cheerful voice came through the phone speaker. "Do you wanna join me, Atsumu-san, and Osamu-san to play beach volleyball?"
"Ahh, sure sure, Hinata," Sugawara replied, a little bit excited. He does miss volleyball, after all. "Why me, though?"

"Ahh, well," Hinata grinned sheepishly, "I already asked Tsukishima, Yamaguchi, and Tanaka-san, but they were all busy! I'm glad you're free on that day!"

Beach Volleyball day came, and the four of them met up, all psyched up to play.
"Ahh! I haven't played volleyball in a long time! It's good to work my muscles again!" Suga said.
"Me too," Osamu chimed in, his expression neutral, but a hint of anticipation was in his voice too.

The dinner rush had just ended when Sugawara trudged into Onigiri Miya. Picking the booth in the farthest corner of the store, he sits downs, sets up his laptop, and plops his head on the table.
"Koushi," he heard a voice call him.

Lifting up his head, his momentarily blurry vision slowly focuses into the person standing by his table. Osamu Miya. Owner of Onigiri Miya, and of Sugawara Koushi's heart.
"Saw a streak of silver goin towards yer fave seat. Figured it was ya," Osamu said, smiling softly at him.

"Rough day, huh?" Osamu asked him rhetorically. Sugawara just hums in affirmation.
"Okay," Osamu patted him, "I'll get ya yer extra spicy mapo tofu onigiri."
Suga perked up. "Yay! Love you, Samu!"
