Sarah is calling on the Mayor’s office to immediately declare a citywide policy of social distancing paired with self-imposed quarantine of ill Portlanders alongside the necessary financial and policy supports and partnerships to better protect the people in our community --
Especially those who are most vulnerable to the looming Coronavirus outbreak: elders; renters; people without housing; and small business owners, their employees, and other vulnerable low- and moderate-wage hourly workers, especially in the service industry.

I’m safe. Headed out. We collected hundreds of dollars of period supplies we will be donating to a local shelter. Portland came out. Only saw a few dozen fascists. Thousands of Portlanders. Wish our mayor would have stood with his city against bigotry.

It’s sad but winning an election costs money. Getting your message heard is expensive. Your $5 will net the campaign $35. You’re $50 gives the campaign $350. This means Sarah spends her time talking to people like you, not millionaires and billionaires.
Even if you don’t love Sarah (which you should), you should want big money out of politics. To do that we need strong publicly financed candidates. It isn’t easy to get 500 donors but if you’re one of the 500, you’re part of history. #OurPortland
