Inscriptions, historical texts & foreign traveler's accounts describe the women of Vijayanagar as possessing property & financial independence. Many donated property to worthy causes such as temple improvements, civil works & welfare schemes. Others volunteered their services.

Women were educated from a young age to become literate in Sanskrit, Kannada, Telugu, etc.. The great king Krishnadevaraya himself patronized several female writers and poets & encouraged centers of learning. Women authors wrote timeless Kavyas & literature during this era

Classical Dance forms of Bharat

1)Bharatanatyam is over 2000 years old. It is a dance primarily originating in the state of Tamil Nadu in southern India. It is also the oldest surviving classical dance in India.

2)Kathakali - Kathakali originates primarily from Kerala.Basic components and distinct features of this form of classical dance can be traced back to ancient Sanskrit Hindu text- ‘Natya Shastra’.

Mohiniattam -It originated in the state of Kerala. The dance is performed by women in honor of the Hindu god Vishnu in his incarnation as the enchantress Mohini. Mohiniattam is exclusively danced by women.

The word “Dharma” has multiple meanings depending on the context in which it is used. These include: conduct, duty, right, justice, virtue, morality, religion, religious merit, good work according to a right or rule, etc.

Religion applies only to human beings and not to the entire cosmos; there is no religion of electrons, monkeys, plants and galaxies, whereas all of them have their "Dharma" even if they carry it out without intention.

The equivalent of Dharma in English is considered "religion". If "religion" means the condition of belonging to a religious order,then "Dharma" has nothing to do with religion. In this sense, the Sanskrit word for "religion" can be "sampradaya" or "Mata", but not Dharma.

Chola architecture

इस हिसाब से 1784 के दौर में वो करीब 35 वर्ष के होंगे। विश्व इतिहास में ऐसा एक ही बार हुआ है कि कोई निजी कंपनी - ईस्ट इंडिया कंपनी, इतनी बड़ी आबादी को नियंत्रित करे। इस कंपनी के बोर्ड ऑफ़ डायरेक्टर्स ने विलियम पिट (यंगर) के प्रभाव में ज़मींदारी का लगान वसूलने की व्यवस्था बदली।

ये 1770 के अकाल का दौर था और तब के बिहार के लिए और शोषण झेल पाना नामुमकिन हो गया। बचपन से ही फिरंगियों का जुल्म देखते आ रहे तिलका मांझी ने आखिर फिरंगियों का और लगान भरने और जुल्म सहने के बदले हथियार उठा लिए। हथियार भी कैसे? फिरंगी तोपों-बंदूकों के खिलाफ तिलका मांझी के गुलेल-धनुष!

1. The Mayurasharma of Banavasi.
Mayurasharma - the founder of Kadambas(The first kingdom established by a Kannadiga) hailed from Banavasi in present-day North Karnataka. As he belonged to a Vaidhika Brahmana family, he went to Kanchi of Tamilnadu for his Vedic studies.

There he was humiliated by ruling Pallavas when he showed interest in learning martial arts being a Brahmana. To seek revenge, Mayurasharma moved to Srisailam and formed an army of tribes, and defeated mighty Pallavas.

Teli Ka Mandir is a temple located within the confines of Gwalior fort. This is one of the most misunderstood temples as it seems as a combination of Nagara and Dravida style but

but this temple is of Nagara Architecture with 'Vallabhi Shikhara' .Taking the height of 100 feet, this is the tallest temple in the Gwalior fort complex This temple is mainly dedicated to Lord Vishnu in the form of his mount Garuda.

To sum, Indian state AS PER CONSTITUTION derives its inspiration of governance from principles of Dharma.

In Part XII i.e. Finance, Property & Contracts; the image of Lord Shiva as divine cosmic dancer Nataraja and sacred symbol Swastika is found.

Hindu philosophy on attainment and management of finance was widely accepted in Constitutional debates.

जाट बहुल इलाकों के इस विद्रोह में स्थानीय मीना, मेव, अहीर, गुज्जर, नरुका, पंवार सभी शामिल हो गए। मंदिरों को तोड़ने आई सेनाओं का सशस्त्र विरोध होने लगा। मथुरा के इलाके का फौजदार, अब्दुन नबी खान, विद्रोह को कुचल कर मंदिरों को तोड़ने आगे आया।

गोकुल जाट के नेतृत्व में हुई लड़ाई में शाहजहाँ के काल में बने शादाबाद के फौज़ी ठिकाने को जनता ने ध्वस्त कर दिया और 12 मई 1669 को हुई लड़ाई में गोकुल जाट और उसके साथियों ने किसानों के औजारों से ही मुग़ल सैनिकों को हराकर, अब्दुन नबी खान को मार गिराया।
