@DFS we were supposed to be receiving a new sofa this week, been checking the website and in contact with yourselves to check progress and no risk flagged to us. Been told today it's delayed until November which isn't acceptable. Nobody has advised at any stage of a delay.
Nobody has made any effort to make contact with us. Nobody has explained why we now need to wait another 2 months. Nobody is picking up the phone, my partner cannot get through to anyone to discuss this further.
We have paid you a sizeable deposit and expect an explanation, apology and compensation as have already had our old sofa removed so now have nothing to sit on!
