support & requested a £150m Govt bailout. Sunak has welcomed DP World with open arms. His big push for these ‘freeports’ has been warned about by many for a while. They are Charter Cities. Deregulated economic enterprise zones. Workers rights mean zilch. It’s the Libertarian

The crew here appear to be UK-based employees who I would imagine count as Mariners for the purposes of s. 199 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 (where most employment rights except discrim are found). Here’s the section: legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1996/18/…
S. 199 excludes mariners from certain rights in certain cases. One of the key disabling provisions is s. 199(7) but that only applies to employment on a GB-flagged ship. As I understand it, P+O reflagged all their ships to be Bermudan in the 70s. So doesn’t seem to be relevant.

Junto a @mauforonda hemos estado revisando distintas fuentes primarias, encontrando que:

-La información es comunicada principalmente por la página de FB de cada actor
-Cada departamento y cada Caja de salud parece ser un universo paralelo

Por ello, en lo posible, queremos centralizar la información disponible sobre el despliegue de la vacunación en #Bolivia, a fin de que las personas de más de 60 años y sus familiares puedan encontrar info actualizada o los lugares dónde consultarla.
