Pronto llegara una nueva configuración para definir "participantes de la conversación" y ahi definir quienes nos pueden responder los tuits. Las categorias que se van a implementar son las siguientes 4 = "Global, Grupo, Panel y Declaración".
En Las Vegas @suzannexie definio cada una de estas: #Global permite que cualquiera responda, #Grupo es para las personas que sigues y mencionas, #Panel es la gente que mencionas específicamente en el tweet y la #Declaración te permite publicar un tweet y no recibir respuestas.

It's better to mediate online than to not meet at all = ODR good from an access-to-justice point of view.
ODR is useful when parties may need to be separated - e.g. domestic violence situations.

Asha Hemrajani - ODR = "improving access to justice". Online dispute resolution removes barriers with costs, time, geography. No need to travel, no need to pay for a lawyer for extensive periods of time.
