#AhmadMasooud sent a delegation to #Parwan province from #Panjsher who met with #IEA leader Ameer khan Mutaqi , both sides agreed to solve the issue through dialogues . Another meeting will take place soon while #AmrullahSaleh is not part of the negotiation

According to Taliban sources brother of Ashraf Ghani pledged alliance to Taliban. Taliban declared amnesty for Ashraf Ghani and Amrullah Saleh. 
@washingtonpost confirms only 30 taliban killed in total past 4 days while for example dutch media @NOS reports 300 taliban killed. Reason why they didnt anticipate rapid take-over of Afghanistan is because they dont report facts.
According to Taliban sources they gave orders to their fighters not to attack run away soldiers lead by amrullah, but proceed with fight against local militia allied with Massoud.
