The beauty of nursing is the ability to switch specialties at any time & find opportunities to combine previous experience in everyday practice. Yesterday for me was no exception, I spent the day developing preparedness plan for departmental staff. #NurseTwitter
Currently my practice is #nursingleadership in #managedcare, however I had to draw on my previous #informaticsnurse specialty certification to plan in the event we had to shift workforce to work from home scenarios. This required balance between patient support & staff needs.
