Postal votes in #PresPollSL2019 so far from outside the North, GR is doing much better than MR did in 2015 & SP doing much worse than MS. If this trend holds in non postal voting this is not good for NDF. MS was competitive in the South which is what helped him win the election.
WIth 3 Polling divisions in the Galle District & 4 in the Jaffna District out so far the trend seems to be holding. GR doing significantly better than MR in Galle also significantly worse than MR in Jaffna. But GR doing much better in total number of votes #PresPollSL2019
Bottom line so far, SP not able to keep up with MS performance in South & that could be the election.
