Έχω σκεφτεί το εξής. Θα το γράψω και κράξτε ελεύθερα. Η πραγματικότητα στην οικονομία, συνήθως καταλήγει σε ενδιάμεσες καταστάσεις, παρά σε απόλυτες ιδεατές. Υπό αυτή την έννοια θα προτιμούσα ένα πάντρεμα μεταξύ προοδευτικού και οριζόντιου φόρου. Τι εννοώ: (1/5)
Όριο αφορολόγητου μέχρι Χ εισόδημα.
Οριζόντιος φόρος μέχρι ένα εισόδημα X + Y, φροντίζοντας το Y να είναι ένα μεγάλο ποσό.
Από ένα τεράστιο θεωρητικά ανώτατο όριο εισοδήματος, μικρή αύξηση του προηγούμενου οριζόντιου φόρου, χωρίς να αποτρέπει το κίνητρο παραγωγικότητας. (2/5)
