In a statement by Abdur-Rahman Balogun Head, Media and Public Relations Unit of NIDCOM said Dabiri-Erewa gave the felicitation in a congratulatory message to Alaba.

Alaba's Bayern Munich (Germany) had one- nil over Paris St. Germaine (France) to emerge the winner for the sixth time and with a record of winning nine matches up to the finals.

Dabiri-Erewa congratulates Busari as 2020 World Fellow at Yale University

Hon. Abike Dabiri-Erewa, Chairman/CEO, Nigerians in Diaspora Commission has congratulated a Nigerian, Stephanie Busari, as the only Nigerian selected into 2020 World Fellow at Yale Uni.

Stephanie Busari, Head of CNN Nigeria Bureau, is the only Nigerian selected among others for the international fellowship award.

In a congratulatory message, she said Stephanie Busari had paid her dues in the international broadcast industry and was not surprised about her selection as the only Nigerin among other global fellows.

In the Nigerian tax system, Company Income Tax (CIT) is chargeable on the profits of all companies apart from those engaged in oil exploration and production.

This is the basis of corporate taxation for companies in Nigeria.

Expenses are deductible if they are 'wholly, exclusively, necessarily and reasonably' incurred in the process of making the taxable profits.

For agricultural companies, costs such as labour costs, debt servicing costs, cost of seedlings, transportation and storage are deductible

59% of Nigerian immigrants in the US are highly educated with bachelors degree or above; more than US citizens born here, with 39%. This makes Nigerians the most educated immigrants in the US; higher than Germany, China, UK or any other country in the world, living in the US.

These are not just numbers or statistics, they are people that I have met and interacted with. The report says, 54% of Nigerians are in white collar jobs, in Management, Science, Business and the Arts; compared to 39% of the people born in the US. I was not surprised at all.
