Bottom line, will I be downloading it? Already have - as I did with the other versions, to see what they did.
Will I be using it? Probably. Not least to avoid having to hand over personal details; combined with regular data deletes/resets.

It could've built & released a voluntary #QRcode check-in app MONTHS ago; certainly in time for the loosening of lockdown. (I spoke to folks with one ready to go, back when the first *symptom-trackers* were launching...)

...you know that's already a no-no is making the same schoolboy error as before. Whining "Apple won't let us do it!", when it's in the damn spec makes one wonder just how realistic a grasp @MattHancock & @NHSX actually have here. Tech ain't magic; rules exist for a reason.
