#Q made three posts in a row suggesting that we take a harder look at Ghidra and what it can do for us.
I dove in on the literature last night to see what I could.


Ghidra is an open source reverse engineering tool.
It was developed by the NSA and released publicly on April 4th of this year.
Reverse engineering can be used for many reasons but particularly here for analysis of malicious code / malware / vulnerabilities.

The release of the software was in accordance with the NSA's "new" Cybersecurity Directorate.
Announced on October 1st 2019, "... NSA is redefining its cybersecurity mission and enhancing its partnerships with unclassified collaboration and information sharing."
