#R2L data reveal that in-person instructional offerings keep growing. By February 22, more districts offered fully in-person options than any time since the beginning of November. /1 Image
There are stark differences in offerings by urbanicity. Fully remote rural districts are now in the single digits at 8%. By contrast, urban districts have more than triple the proportion at 29%, & suburban have more than double the proportion of fully remote districts at 20%. /2 Image

#R2L monitors 8,000+ public school districts on a weekly basis & presents the data by numerous measures. It identifies the current instructional status of all regular public school districts with 3 or more schools, categorizing them as fully in-person, hybrid, or fully remote. /2
The latest round of #R2L data collection shows that over one third of school districts are open with an option for fully in-person instruction five days per week for all students. /3
