Sushen Gupta received the 7.5 M€ from Dassault through the Mauritius company Interstellar. Payments were covered by dubious IT contracts and invoices. An employee of Sushen Gupta’s lawyer said to the CBI that invoices were "fake". Some mention "Dassult" instead of "Dassault" 2/3
The CBI and the Enforcement Directorate obtained these docs proving payment of commissions related to Rafale deal from Mauritius’ Attorney General on October 11th 2018. CBI did not open an investigation despite it had received a complaint for alleged corruption 7 days earlier 3/3

Eliane Houlette a classé sans suite l’enquête sur la vente des Rafale à l’Inde sans faire de vérifications et contre l’avis d’un de ses adjoints en charge du dossier. Il a fait savoir qu’il refusait de signer l’avis de classement car il aurait été incapable de le motiver (2/4)
