Hope they began working on my mTOR1 pathway with a smiley&friendly hand on my mTOR2.
This is my last week.
I began my round with 6mg for 3 weeks then raised to 8 mg for 3 weeks then raised to 10mg for 2 weeks.
I will give a break for 5-6 weeks

I am on 200 mg Acarbose(glucobay)+1000 mg Metformin XR when i am making my round.
After stopping Rapa, i usually give a break for 2 weeks to clean up all rapamycin to zero point as it has around 65 hours half life. Theoretically 5 half lifes is

Then i start Quercetin 1000mg+Berberin 500mg every 4 days and also astaxanthin.
I keep in that way for 3-4 weeks then stop 1-2 weeks which is a break for the new Rapamycin 6-8 weeks round.
During my 8-10 weeks rounds sometimes i take 20mg Rapa every two
