A little more color on the story. The Manafort sentencing had been over for nearly an hour when Downing came out to address reporters. I was in #RatTruck on the other side of street. I jumped out ran over and started heckling “Manaforts a traitor!” Which is why shouting begins
at 20 seconds. The truth is I had no idea what Downing had said-I had been running up-I just started yelling. Fortunately @robertpearsonjr actually had listened to Downings lies and began the refrain “That’s Not What She Said”. Kudos to him.
