1,900 year-old controversial #Aramaic document known as the #TalmudofJmmanuel #TJ was discovered in 1963 by #IsaRashid & #BillyEduardAlbertMeier just south of the Old City of #Jerusalem, written by #JudasIschkerioth and found to be the source of the #BookofMatthew
After more exploring inside the #tomb-site (which Meier learned later had been the tomb of #JosephofArimathea), Meier & Rashid noticed something buried underneath a flat rock and it turned out to be the #TalmudJmmanuel scrolls along w/a few small artifacts
The #TJ #scrolls had been wrapped up together in animal skin which was in turn encased in resin, by then dry and crumbly
There were four rolls, each of which contained many leaves (each 30 by 40cm in size) of #Aramaic writing, obviously old and fragile but the writing was legible

The coronavirus continues to spread in the transitional camp for refugees on the Greek island of Lesbos. There are 243 confirmed cases among 7,000 previously tested residents of the camp,
said the state health agency Eody. 120 police officers and 40 camp employees tested negative. After the Moria refugee camp was destroyed by a fire, the camp was hastily built to accommodate the approximately 12,000 residents who had to sleep on the street or
in fields after the fire on September 8th. The camp stands on an unused military training area, a few kilometers from the destroyed Camp Moria. According to the authorities, all residents will be tested for corona infection when they move into the camp.

Shortly after a fire decimated Moria camp leaving 13,000 homeless refugees and migrants in Lesbos, Greece, a new camp has opened.
Roughly 1,200 people have been moved into the Kara Tepe camp which is planned to house 5,000, according to sources.

For those who have tested positive for COVID-19, there is a particular area and everyone entering the camp is tested.
Many refugees are unwilling to move in as they fear that circumstances would not be better than the camp of Moria, reports said. On September 17, this video was filmed.

A week after the Moria fire on Lesbos, a fire has broken out on the next Greek island near a refugee camp. "There is a fire on the edge of the registration center," said the mayor of Vathy on the island of Samos, Giorgos Stantzos.
"No tents are burning yet, but I'm concerned." Corresponding pictures and videos of a large source of fire were published on social media. According to Greek media, the fire broke out 200 to 300 meters above the refugee camp.
According to the Greek Ministry of Migration, around 4,600 migrants live in the Vathy refugee camp near the town of the same name, but the camp only has a capacity of around 650 places.

Greek security forces arrested five suspected arsonists who reportedly set fire to the Moria registry camp last week. This was announced by the Greek Minister for Civil Protection, Michalis Chrysochoidis.
"The arsonists have been arrested. They are young migrants. Another one is still wanted," he said on the state radio (ERT). From police circles it was said that the five alleged arsonists were Afghans whose asylum applications had been rejected.
The Moria camp was almost completely destroyed in several simultaneous fires. More than 12,500 migrants remained homeless. To accommodate these people, Athens has set up a tent camp not far from the old one in Moria.
