3. Here in the States, we have the opposite of the Norway model. Our model is designed around punishment, oppression, and profit by corporations that bankrupt poor and minority communities. Sadly, these same communities are overrepresented in prison.

I will actively support the application for the River Wharfe at #Ilkley to become a designated bathing area. This will mean more investment by @YorkshireWater to clean up the river and stop raw sewage discharges.

Flooding is a big and increasing problem for #Ilkley. I support measures to slow the rate of runoff from #IlkleyMoor, and measures to slow runoff from our houses and hard surfaces in the town. Let's work together to create a flood plan.
