1. 投研先分板块，看技术路线进展，按价值轮动规律做。板块重要性高于alpha。从正确的板块里找alpha。大资管，不在乎小容量的alpha，要赚到的是行业以年为单位的beta。最难的是分配板块资金、完成板块切换。
