Wayne and Paul are finally out after 12 hours of court and a grand total of 40 minutes of breaks. They're tired and hungry, but in good spirits because they had some solid wins today. 1/

Most importantly, they successfully got a juror included on the jury who indicated he is aware of jury nullification and would generally be more favorable to the defense. This is a huge win. Jury selection for the final member of the jury will continue tomorrow AM. 3/

We were going to expose Iowa Select Farms’ gruesome cruelty in court, but instead of going away, we are now using this victory as an opportunity to keep fighting ag-gag laws & defending the #RightToRescue.
