ONE MILLION SHILLINGS which is believed to be part of Ksh. 72M stolen from Nairobi West has been recovered from a Cow shade in #Lurambi by @DCI_Kenya Detectives working on intelligence. ONE suspect; Bernard SEWANGA, an employee of G4S who had gone into hiding was also arrested.
It is after the suspect was arrested-in a newly rented Hse-in #Ruiru that he led @DCI_Kenya Detectives to #Lurambi, Kakamega in the Homestead of his Father-in-law where the Cash was found hidden in a black bag and buried in the cow shade. Investigations into the Heist continues.

A #notorious gang of house breakers/burglars that has been terrorizing the residents of #Kilimani were finally nabbed y’day. The four; Alex Nderi alias ‘Ade’,Peter Kaari alias ‘Pinches’/‘Walker’,Lawrence Alusala alias’Nico’&Veronica Kamau alias’Veroh’were 2day arraigned in court.
After the incidents were reported, #DCI Detectives launched investigations whereby CCTV footage was retrieved & analyzed-A black Prado with fake number plates was identified & later traced to a broker who had hired it to some suspects. A trap was laid & the four suspects arrested
Upon interrogation,one of the suspects led the Detectives to Kwihota, #Ruiru Town whereby a firearm which was reported robbed from a Chinese national loaded with 14 rounds of ammunitions was recovered. 2 vehicles detained; firearm submitted to Ballistics for forensic examination.
