Besonders interessant, wie die Politik der IOC-Athletenkommission um das bei der Session just aufgestiegene #IOC-Mitglied Kirsty Coventry (Sportministerin Zimbabwe) zerpflückt wird, die durch die Nike-Lorenz-Ausnahme von heute ja auch überholt scheint:

Weil es wichtig ist, nochmal ein THREAD zum IOC, den Nazi Olympics, dreckiger Propaganda, Konzentrationslagern 1936 und 2022 - und #Rule50. Denn es gibt Grenzen, die der IOC-Präsident Thomas Bach (FDP) ständig überschreitet.

Ja, das passt irgendwie auch zur Diskussion um die #Rule50, mit der das IOC Sportlern verbietet, in den olympischen Arenen für die Einhaltung der Menschenrechte einzutreten - während das IOC die Propaganda der Nazis noch heute betreibt ...
... während dem ehemaligen IOC-Präsidenten und Rassisten Avery Brundage, im Grunde ein Nazi, sogar in seiner amerikanischen Heimat postum Ehren entzogen werden. Gerade geschehen ...
