.@timfarron Why is the current LibDem focus for Grange saying that the Lido will be signed over to Cllr Morrell's CIC, when no such decision has been taken by SLDC? 
.@timfarron And why has a CIC to take over the Lido been set up by a LibDem cllr & chair of LibDem-controlled SLDC?
And is the .@CICRegulator aware that this CIC appears to have been set up by the .@LibDems? Is that allowed under the "no political action" rule for CICs?
