Then, seemingly overnight, @WHCOVIDResponse decided it was okay for everyone to be infected and dragged the @CDCgov with them.
It wasn’t because the country did a bang up job during the Omicron wave or that vaccines became available to ALL Americans.

This weekend we drove almost 600 km to go to #Baiersbronn to get our 3.5 year old vaccinated with #Pfizer #Offlabel.
We left Friday afternoon to stay at the vaccination center and hotel after a 5 hour drive from Switzerland 🇨🇭

With talks throughout Europe of dropping mask mandates and no clear action towards mitigation measures like ventilation or CO2 measurements (#COVIDisAirborne), it has become clear that no one is willing to wait for the U5s to get vaccinated to get back to pre-pandemic life
We made up our minds after reading about families that had done the same on the FB from @ImmunizeUnder5s and contacted @U12Schutz to help us with the organisation. We were offered the #Baiersbronn centres so we signed up with @regiopraxis. Everything sorted in just a few days ✅

We're in Germany right now. Landed Wed night, drove 2.5 hrs to our accommodation near the clinic. As the Doctor is working insane hours to help desperate families, they were still working and did a 1am house call. Like a German Mary Poppins minus the umbrella, plus mRNA 😆 2/7
When I heard FDA decision to withhold safe vaccines (+ of course the continued blocking of #OffLabelU5 by @CDCDirector) I was even happier to be here. I trust science. And honestly, with many Govts removing mask/social distancing requirements, who else was going to help us?? 3/7
