Hello my dear ones. This might be a long shot, but I've also seen Twitter and the disabled community do amazing things so here goes nothing: I have a friend in need who's a power chair user and mother of a 2 year old. 1/
Lifting the car seat has repeatedly caused injury to my friend, as have attempts to secure the car seat to her chair. She need to be able to attach the seat to her chair and allow it to move so she can get her son in and out safely. The specifics of her needs are as follows: 2/
A carseat holder, on wheels, that can attach to the front of wheelchair and turn with the wheelchair.
Needs to be able to lift it up about 4 to 5 inches to fit power chair & carseat holder on lifts for the time it takes the lift to rise, lower. 3/

So here's one of the fundamental problems: all the power of the entire executive branch, the branch that executes the laws, the entire functional apparatus of our government... it all devolves from the office of the president.
Practically speaking, nobody at the NWS or the DOJ or the USSS has any power, they are borrowing the power of the president which theoretically exists to enforce the laws passed by Congress (establishing a NWS or a US geological survey or whatever) but in practice is unchecked.

All those silly "would you rather have [5 to 7 figure sum of money] or one-on-one time with a rich entrepreneur?" questions where we're supposed to think picking the facetime is the wise move because their advice is priceless.

If their advice is good, they'd tell you take the $.

So many entrepreneurial success stories start out with a gift or a "small loan of a million dollars" or a parent buying the first restaurant or whatever.
Money is the number one factor in money. Money is the reward for capitalist competition but also the pieces used to play the game.
