Efforts to #ShutDownAgape have been going on for years, but especially since September 2022. Our former Attorney General eventually filed an injunction to shut them down, then slow-walked it for months.

On Wednesday, I spent 6 hours in the budget committee hearing on a tax cut that will put a $2b-no, $7b-then $2b again- tax cut.

A 1pm hearing today was set to determine the fate of #Agape but reports from @RobertBucklin8 and @Batmanda4ever indicate this has been moved to Monday morning. Will update as I learn more.
