In my line of work, I have seen this play out OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER!! He either takes the kids and hands them to his nannies & kicks you out OR has you share custody with his nannies & let’s you go be homeless, then goes to court to declare you incapable and unfit…
The scenarios of “the lifestyle to which you have become accustomed” mostly happens when there’s no clear prenup in place OR if you’ve gotten a pre-nup but made sure you adjusted it with your own lawyers to protect BOTH of you….
