Lots of people seem to not know this because broadband providers don’t want you to know.

If you are in receipt of Universal Credit you can have high speed broadband at a fixed rate of £15 a month. Pass it on.

1. Rates are fixed - you’ll not be hit with a shock price rise

2. I’ve completed 6 sign ups now for people in various circumstances and all have been successful

3. The BT package is the most generous, with the fastest speeds

Another note: if you’re tied into a contract, speak to your provider about whether or not they offer a ‘Social Tariff’ that’s what these are called.
