Empezamos por la anatomía del músculo sóleo. Muy compleja con 3 aponeurosis en su interior lo que hace que tenga múltiples UMTs (la zona por donde suelen romperse los músculos), múltiples direcciones de fibras y múltiples ángulos de pennación

Cuántas más veces se rompe un músculo más zonas fibrosas quedan (cicatrices) y cuantas más cicatrices más probabilidad de que se rompa de nuevo. Si además tiene un montonazo de regiones de tejido conectivo denso (aponeurosis) pues mucha más tensión... si? Seguimos...
